About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic, organised, and proactive Administrative & Operations Intern to join our team. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn the operational side of sustainable tourism while contributing to seamless guest experiences and efficient daily operations. You will play a vital role in ensuring our day-to-day tasks run smoothly as we scale our impact.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Support: Assist in coordinating logistics for travel itineraries, including bookings, transport arrangements, and vendor communications; coordinate team schedules.
Administrative Management: Maintain organised digital filing systems and client databases; prepare meeting agendas and document actionable follow-ups.
Client & Partner Liaison: Serve as a point of contact for partners and initial client inquiries via email, WhatsApp Business, and social media.
Content & Research: Assist in researching new off-the-beaten-path locations and drafting brief descriptions for marketing materials.
Reporting: Handle basic data entry, track expenses, and help prepare weekly progress updates for the management team.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum WASSCE/GCSE with strong results in English and Commercial subjects.
  • Preferred: current students or recent graduates in Business Administration, Tourism Management, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar).
  • Based in or near Tabokoto, Welingara, or Talinding.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English — local languages are a strong advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a can-do attitude.
  • A genuine interest in sustainable, authentic travel.
